Our apartment house is the first stand alone house on the lake promenade (left hand side) directly on the lake.
The road ends in Pertisau..

Toll free via the Achenpass:
Coming from Munich on the Autobahn take the Holzkirchen exit. Follow signs towards Tegernsee and on towards Achenpass/Austria. After the border drive through Achenkirch to Maurach. Take the first exit. At the roundabout before the centre of Maurach turn towards Pertisau. After 5 kilometres you will arrive at Pertisau. Ours is the first house on the esplanade.
Via the Autobahn:
Coming from Munich - Kufstein or from Innsbruck/Brenner, take the Wiesing/Zillertal exit. At the first roundabout follow the signs to Achensee. From here the road goes uphill. Up on the plateau follow the signs to Maurach. At the roundabout before the centre of Maurach turn towards Pertisau. After 5 kilometres you will arrive at Pertisau. Ours is the first house on the esplanade.
